Dr. Alan Keyes Endorses U.S. Senate Candidate Bill Johnson

Dr. Alan Keyes endorsed Kentucky’s United States Senate Candidate Bill Johnson during a pro-life rally held in Louisville September 26th. Dr. Keyes served in President Ronald Reagan’s administration as an ambassador at the United Nations and as Assistant Secretary of State for International Organizations. On his website (loyaltoliberty.com), Keyes describes Johnson as a “thoroughbred conservative for U.S. Senate. I went to Kentucky to endorse Bill Johnson, and I will return again and again to help him as best I can. I will do so because he offers the only alternative that does not contradict and betray the common sense conservatives who long firmly to reestablish the simple logic of American liberty, so that it may long endure.”

Bob Heft, designer of the 50 Star American flag as well as the America’s Independence Party, has also endorsed Johnson. Mr. Heft and Dr. Keyes will return to Kentucky on October 22nd to participate in Johnson’s ‘Defending the Constitution, Honoring the Flag Rally’ to be held in Hopkinsville at the Western Kentucky Fairgrounds Convention Center at 6:00pm. Dr. Keyes will speak about the constitutional basics and how they apply to issues such as healthcare, foreign policy, defense and other issues of the day. Mr. Heft will tell his story about designing the modern American Flag. He will display the ORIGINAL 50 Star Flag first flown over the White House by President Dwight D. Eisenhower July 4th, 1960. The original flag is a priceless part of history and has not been seen in public for many years. The original flag will soon be placed in the Smithsonian. The 50 Star flag is the longest serving National Banner and will celebrate 50 years of service next year.
